Chuck has mortgage products to help first time home buyers, veterans, as well as seasoned buyers and investors to purchase and refinance real estate. Born and raised in Olney, Maryland, graduated from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in College Park. In 2016 after living in the DC Metro Area for 40 years relocated to Charleston, South Carolina to open a new mortgage branch. Chuck worked as a Sales Manager and Mortgage Loan Officer at Embrace Home Loans for over 11 years, and after 8 consecutive years at Embrace as a President’s Club member and 2 years as a Chairman’s Club member he took a new opportunity to grow his business at Guaranteed Rate to start 2025. Chuck has now been recognized 4 times as a top 1% loan originator in the country by Mortgage Executive Magazine.
